OUR POLICIES AT THE STUDIO SALON

APPOINTMENTS:
At the time of booking, we'll ask for a credit card to keep on file to guarantee your appointment. Some services, such as Extension Installs and Pura Luxe, require a non-refundable retainer to hold the appointment. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING:
We have a 72 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Cancellations or rescheduling done with 72 hours notice will be charged half of the cost of the scheduled service.

Cancellations or rescheduling with
less than 1 business day notice will be charged the for the full amount of the scheduled service. 

Same day cancellations rescheduling or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. 

If your service requires a
non-refundable retainer, it will be forfeited if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. 

LATE POLICY:
If you arrive more than 10 min late for your appointment, your service may be impacted or you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointment of other clients and will be charged the full amount of the service. 

SERVICE GUARANTEE:
We take pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you aren't completely content, we do offer a one week service adjustment. We only ask that you notify us during your service or within 24 hours of completion.
